Making your own natural deodorant is super simple and easy.
Deodorants can contain a cocktail of toxins such as (but not limited to), Aluminium, Parabens, Steareths, Triclosan, Propylene Glycol, TEA, DEA and Artificial Colours – all of which are detrimental to our body and health.
Another benefit I love to making your own natural deodorant is that you can customise the scent to exactly how you like it (or have it unscented if you prefer).
The main ingredients in making your own natural deodorant are:
Coconut Oil – This is fantastic for healing. Great if you shave your armpits and therefore suffer from shaving nicks.
Baking Soda – Odour eliminating. Helps control the “sweaty smell”
Essential Oil – Depending which ones you use these can be antibacterial or soothing.
